Cancellation policy
Cancellation is accepted only in writing. ( e-mail, fax, letter )
Reservations for 1-5 nights: 2 days before arrival at the latest.
Reservations longer than 5 nights or groups: 7 days before arrival at the latest.
In case of late cancellation one night is charged.
